We routinely form limited liability companies, corporations and other business entities in the course of the firm’s practice. Our services include determining the appropriate entity type, filing the relevant documentation, preparing agreements among the owners, and other necessary documentation. We also often counsel clients on the various ownership structures, asset protection, coordinate with accountants and tax planners, and assist with the other facets of starting a business.

We provide legal advice and representation for employers and employees in matters such as employment contracts, non-disclosure/non-use agreements, discrimination, and harassment.

We provide clients with a broad range of real estate services, including matters relating to commercial and residential real estate sales, leases, HOA disputes, post-closing disputes, and easement issues. We also handle changes in zoning districts. 

Our clients include contractors, subcontractors, business owners, and developers. From contract formation, construction defect claims, mechanic’s liens, litigation, and arbitration, we help clients manage risks and resolve disputes to achieve their goals. 

We serve as outside general counsel for a number of companies - combining our legal and business experience, we help companies navigate the host of legal issues that arise in the course of business. Also, while we are not experts in all areas of law, we have broad experience that allows us to identity when a specialist is needed.
